Applied Behavior Analysis - Advanced Certificate

This post-master’s, advanced certificate program provides intensive training to professionals in applied behavior analysis and its applications to working with children, youth and adults with autism spectrum disorder as well as to supervisors and administrators of Applied Behavior Analysis programs. This program is designed to prepare professionals to implement ABA intervention and to sit for the international Board Certified Behavior Analyst® exam. This program does not lead to NYS certification.

Admission Requirements


  1. A master’s degree in education, psychology, or behavior anaylsis.
  2. Completed a graduate level course in autism spectrum disorders. Applicants who have not completed such a course will be admitted with the condition of completing   , Autism Spectrum Disorders, during their first semester in the program.
  3. On-site interview will be required.

Exit Requirements


1. An overall GPA of 3.0.

2. No course grade below B.
